Village at Oasis             Documents for Resale

Dear Village Owner,

If you are selling or transferring your unit at The Oasis, you are required by Section 4525 of the Davis-Stirling Act to provide specific documents pertaining to the two Homeowner Associations and the Land Lease, along with your updated Account Balance for all three assessments. 

There are 17 documents each for The Village at Oasis HOA and The Oasis Villa Master Association. 

The documents are available for you to download and print from this website at no cost OR you may request them sent to you via USPS, by remitting payment in full, along with your request to the address below. This option may take up to 21 days, once request and payment is received.
